Crazy but had more fat ( al o t. O if heavy whipping cream and more calories yesterday but kept it low carb and just 2.1 pounds away I haven't had time to excercise with work and so busy 20. Percent protein ,70 percent fats like hamburger,nuts also I eat Atkins bars when I get hungry and on the go the one thing I feel that's helping is to only eat when I'm really actually hungry
