My god where has the time gone, not been able to update my journal as much as I want. I have just got home and the phone goes, it's my cycling buddy asking if I want to go for a bike ride, well I never need my arm twisted and so I am getting my kit ready. He never said how far he had in mind so I will find that out when we meet. Takes half an hour to get to the meeting point so l will be setting of at 6. It's a little windy but the weather is awesome so l hope to cycle at least 30 miles. I have just had a baked potato with cheese on it and a piece of chicken, so l will be ok if the mileage is more. Give you an update later after l had got back and showered and had my evening meal. Hope everyone's well catch-up later
