At last a decent loss, l feel l had to work extra hard for it. I still have to sort out my food intake it's all over the place. I am not eating enough with all the exercise I am doing. Body is toning up nicely, legs are well sorted lol that's the beauty of cycling so much. I have decided to change my weight in to every fortnight, I think I will get a better understanding of what my body is doing that way. I have begun to cut back on carbs and each week I will reduce it more till I get a happy medium. Not got much left in the cupboard anyway. Ok guys that's me up to date with my journal.
