{{{I caved today and ate the Mexican food I made for my family. I tried not to eat too much of it, but this food is already high in fat and calories, so I don't think that helped much. I'm so mad at myself. These past two days have been horrible (as far as eating habits are concerned). I worked out for a long time last night, and all I lost was half a pound. Needless to say, my motivation was lacking today. My evening workout was good, but it took me a while to get my momentum going. Getting to 44 minutes felt like eternity. And now I'm not looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow. So disappointed in myself.}}}
