tropphed on homemade chocolate flapjacks. absolutely no self control today. I also ate two large drop scones for breakfast with maple syrup and double cream.. not doing my diabetes any favours. I felt unusually tired today because of the high intake of sugar I'm sure. not good. i'll hopefully have a better day tomorrow but still have the batch of flapjacks sitting there
