19 pounds gone! I definitely feel it in my clothes & see it in my reflection. Some of my 'uniform shirts' are just too big to wear now. I'm a little concerned about my winter clothes being too big 'cause I can't afford to buy new clothes (good problem to have).
I want to lose 7 more (179) then go into maintenance phase. I can lose more later, but I'd like to just maintain this for a while. Very exciting!
