Well finally another kilo gone. But it seems like its taking long af to get to 55kg. Starting to wonder if that is even possible. And so im thinking of moving my target up to like 60kg. If I do get to 55kg by some chance that will be great. And just to console myself... if i get to 55kg... then I will be 5kgs heavier than my 14 year old daughter. Sheesh lets be real...thats pretty awesome 4 sum1 whose had 3 kids 😁

Beautiful. Im am currently 70kgs and trying to get to 65 kgs by December. But the ultimate goal is 60kgs. any tips?

My Ultimate goal is 58kg but never get there as I think it is difficult to move under 60 so for now my goal is 60kg.
