I'm accustomed to losing weight more quickly when I first start, so I'm a little frustrated. I've lost 12 total pounds since I started (which was a number of days before I found FatSecret on my Droid), which in four weeks is pretty good, I guess. But I'm feeling a little slow. I'm eating significantly less and excersising pretty vigorously every single day.
