Well last week was one of the hardest weeks of my life and I kind of derailed food wise. But things not as bad as I thought when I got on the scale. Way to sedentary this past week. But I was where I needed to be. We put my dad into a memory care unit. It went better than expected. But there were times that were really tough like when you saw how scared he was that no one would come and visit him. And the times when he was mad as hell... But the staff is so great and the other people there are really sweet. God always has a plan for everything and I trust him. It'll be tough for a few months as he/we adjust, but I know its the best for him. Thanks for always listening, even though I don't know who you are, it helps to know someone cares... :-)
