My official weight this morning is 118.9kg.

We are doing some home renovations and everything is so chaotic. It's difficult to keep my eating on track and its pouring rain so the weather is also influencing my comfort eating.

Haven't even been to gym this week.

I'll just write off this week and focus on next week :)

What makes it difficult to keep on track? That someone else preps ur food for u or that u just get easily distracted? Whatever answer u come to, only you have the power to alter it 😉

Getting wet in the rain, the cold weather, stress and life's speed bumps. lol. I'll get my mind right and get things on track.
