Just started my weight loss challenge on Tuesday. Not the best time of year to start but if I️ don’t start now, I️ will end the year at over 160. I’m only 5’3”. So far down 2 lbs. Tried the eggs and asparagus medley recipe for a light dinner. Very tasty and light meal. Also have had no wine since Monday. That will be the real challenge for me. I️ started at 156 and my goal is 137. Cheers everyone!
