My scales, unclothed but mid way through the day etc. Eating a bit more this week, anxiety is awful. Much nausea, butterflies, knot in my tummy and stomachache. Last night I was wretching as if to vomit. So I'm not really surprised it's falling a bit, but at least it's slowing down as I take the deralin and try to eat a bit more.
