Well, some elimination trouble results in a "gain", but I eliminated after I weighed in, so I'm estimating the actual weight was at least a lb less. We'll see tomorrow morning at weigh in.
Feeling good and more relaxed. Low carb diet, combined with raw adrenals supplementation is very mellow and relaxing. I had a very stressful afternoon due to erroneous bank overcharge, but didn't fly into my usual fit of frenzy and responded in a much more rational way.
