So yeah, these past few weeks have been tough. I haven't lost nor have i gained. I haven't made it to Onederland which is super frustrating, but i'm still sticking with the plan.

I guess i knew that with ALL the weight i have to lose, at some point i was going to stop losing a pound a day (or a couple pounds a week at least). I knew that i would slow down. That i would reach a "plateau". Well, i'm here and though i don't necessarily enjoy it i do realize that it's part of the process and i have to stick with it to see the outcome.

I also believe that because i'm staying the same weight for so long, that this is actually how much i weigh. I know that it's not a fluke, that it's not just "water weight" but that i actually weigh this amount.

This is great news. Before when i was 225 and would lose 5 pounds in 3 days...i know that that wasn't really "true" weightloss, it was just a short term effect of reducing my calorie intake.

Anyway, i'm bummed but i'm OK with it all. I am going to stick with this and the numbers will catch up.

Here's to another week, on plan!
90,7 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 10,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 20,4 kg.    Régime suivi: 100%.

Oh yes! Stick with the plan, Walk five extra minutes, or reduce calories by 50 per day, drink 100ounces of water per day - it will move eventually. Good Luck!

Try eating smaller meals or healthy snacks during the day. When you do work out, alternate your speeds...meaning work out at your pace for a few min then speed up pace for 30 sec or a min then your pace again...then speed up again. It does help with your metabolism. Google "How to speed up metabolism". It does work! Good Luck!!

Wow, thank you guys so much! It's so motivating to know that people are cheering me on and sending support. I definitely DO need to change something up because i've been hanging out at the same weight for 2 weeks. It's really frustrating that what i WAS doing to lose the first 22 isn't working for the last 40. I had gotten into a routine, so now i just have to switch it up again. I can do this!
