28.1% body fat per Omron Fat Loss Monitor
(There have been fluctuations in this reading over the weeks and I'm not too sure how accurate this Omron gadget is. It's used in the LA Fitness clubs I've been to and I thought it was a good tool to have, but now I'm not so sure. I might end up just buying some old school calipers and do my reading that way.)
