Losing weight is tough when everyone around you isn’t on a strict diet.
I’ve been on the “military” intermittent fasting diet for two weeks now and I am seeing results. I have thrown together some diets and made my own and it seems to be working for me but I guess we will see!!
Pray that no one tempts me with chocolate and goodies this weekend 😞
