A little bit of weight loss but I feel it's mainly fluid retention, not actual weight from fat. I hope I'm wrong.. It's hard to fix meals just for myself. I'm so looking forward to the challenge group support that's starting soon, making new friends, getting tips on weight loss, just someone to be a buddy with to share our ups and downs to meet our personal new goals..
