My back is a little sore this morning. I don't know what its wrong with me, I like working out but for some reason I always hit a wall the first month rhythm it takes me awhile to get back to it. I always feel good after a work out so why do I always stop. Then I start eating really bad and feeling tired. I need to set some rules because we don't have the money to always eat the best foods but I can limit what bad stuff I put in it
