Today was the first time I've fasted in, I don't know how long. 24 hours of no intake might have contributed to the weigh in results, but I'm happy none the less.
I'd like to drop 10 lbs. in the next 3 weeks. Good news is I can do cardio workouts again. My achilles physical therapy started this last week, and mobility is looking good. Hoping I can get clearance for the eliptical machine this week. Shame I can't play intense racquetball for 3 more months. That was an incredible cardio blast.
Well, I'll do the best I can with what I've got. I think I'll plan out my weeks better to make sure I can run a caloric deficit including workouts. I'm WINNING!
