ketosis very low this morning at 15mg/dL
66,9 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 14,6 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
Perdant 2,8 kg par Semaine

Your living proof that when YOU eat after coming off a fast a person will gain weight.Read your post.you came off a fast on Dec.11th at 153.3 you ate and your body said finally food and stored it as fat by Dec.27th your weight was164.9 you gained a little over 12lbs in 16days , then you rebooted your fast losing about a pd a day and your at day 34 into your fast. Very Very dangerous what's happening to your insides! You know you'll have to eat one day then what and you think the weights magically is going to stay off.You it's more about training yourself to eat healthy.
