Decided Wednesdays willl be my new weigh in day. Wednesday or Thursday depending on my work shifts. For instance I ate Lamb Vindaloo on Saturday and then I made chicken Curry with Coconut Milk on Sunday. My body is not used to this so it takes longer to digest, especially the basmatic rice. I could literally feel how my stomach is uncomfortable with the foreigh food inside of me. So we have decided to weigh in the middle of the week, then everything foreign from the weekend should have digestedo or most of it. Rice really doesn't gel well if you haven't eaten it in a long time....weird eh?

i see with me also my drops are usually Wednesday or Thursdays i see results

I think it's just all the weekend food that takes longer to digest and then my weigh in days on Mondays are so....dissapointing. It's not as if you gained weight....it's just hitchhiking in your stomach. hehe
