this is not easy I'm hungry!!!!!! lol all the time but I've noticed I can't eat allot anymore and junk food actually tasted bad like chemical taste to the food had a few slap chips the other night and I threw up like a dog it was bad so my body is doing its own thing now still fasting and can feel the ketoses working. happy me 4.5kgs down 19kgs to go
