Good morning...just weighed myself and I remained 297.5. Definitely do not want to see that same number tomorrow so I must eat a little less. I have done Weight Watchers twice and what I got out of their program was eat what you want but do not exceed your points. That means you can eat a car bumper as long as you do not overdo it! At this time, I am trying to eat fresh, whole foods and eliminate sweets, sodas, pastries, donuts, most breads, fast foods and processed food. I need this in the worst way, due to my years of weight training and steroid use...I now have a heart condition. So today I say....let's do this!
