I had shot back up to 225 pounds over the last 2 weeks. However over the weekend I lost 5 pounds from fighting an upper respiratory infection. Right now I would just like to be happy from not getting so weak from the coughing fits. My sides and abs feel like I have done about 10,000 crunches. My jelly hasn't been this sore in years. This sucks!
