I ran out of my fiber gummies, I need to buy more of those, however my body is processing food and liquids much better now that I am routinely exercising. I decided to take the bus to work instead of drive now. It saves a TON of money, gives me built in study time to keep up with college around work and it forces me to walk to the bus stop every morning and then walk the 1.25 miles from the bus station to work and back every day. Though I can't see if I am consistently losing *weight* I am dropping in size. My pants are all getting baggy and I keep having to take clothes in. I am starting to wear clothes that I haven't worn since I bought them because they were uncomfortably tight. They are all mediums and small. And they fit me really well. So I know I am making progress. I am going to maintain this all summer. I figure that amount of exercise, a healthier and lower calorie diet and get my fiber supplements again in addition to my vitamins... I should be healthier by the end of summer. :)

I just joined this challenge today. What's up with the Fiber Gummies? Can you fill me in, is this something I should incorporate with my plan?
