Just got back from vacation ...weight going up fast ..so gonna eat under 2000 calories and under 200 carbs only Whole Foods ..I feel so much better the pain in hands and feet 95% better ...I don't want to go back to a weight of 170 ...so this is my new approach at weight loss ...and I really don't want that pain to come back I literally had 1 foot in the grave ...impending doom omg ! I can't wait to see neurologist may 1 st and see what caused this problem from the keto low carb diet I was missing some kind of nutrient ..🤔

Hi Buffy, I hope the neuropathy stays away! Please let us know if your Dr identifies nutrients missing from your LCHF diet. My Mom was T2D and occasionally had pain from neuropathy. She didn't take T2D meds, controlled it by eating a moderate carb version of SAD. I always thought it was weird that she ate cheese (just cheese) for lunch but now that I am T2D / keto I understand.

Gz. ... I will be sure to let you all know ... I'm just very happy it's improved ...the pain was unbearable 😩

You might consider taking fish oil and turmeric, both are said to help. I take 4 FO capsules daily (prescribed for dry eye).
