no diet today either. It's my husband's birthday party with me and a couple of our friends. We're doing brat patties on the grill and a seafood boil with shrimp crawfish, crab, mussels, corn on the cob, potatoes, other veggies, all cooked in a southern spiced/seasoned broth.
