The only suggestion I have is to watch portion size and try to do your best to make the healthier choices. When I go somewhere where I have a lot of choices (none good), I just take enough that = 2 to 3 bites, but I can get a bigger variety and not feel like lacking or cheating and I find that really controls the portion part of it for me. Like you said, you'll already have 7 days under your belt before that happens so you will probably do just fine.
