ugh, I did so well until dinner today. I was stuck working at the hospital all day and we were crazy busy because of the weather so I actually only had the blueberries in the morning and then i didn't eat until 4. I wasn't very hungry because we were all running around and it was pretty intense. I had oatmeal and some turkey when i got home, which was good. My roomate's parents were in town and they wanted to order all of us chinese and come over because the weather was too bad to go out. I tried to pick the healthiest thing on the menu so I got tofu and mixed vegetables. They didn't have brown rice, so I had white but I tried to make it a really small serving, and then I only had one plateful of chinese food and have the rest left in my refrigerator, which I might throw out so I don't eat it tomorrow. I skipped dessert so I felt better about that. Didn't have time to excercise because of the crazy work day, but I am going to try and get 2 sessions in tomorrow.

You did very well - remember...you stopped and thought about what was the healthiest, you chose smaller portion sizes and you skipped dessert! In my opinion that is a big accomplishment!! Keep up the good work!
