Kinda sucked today because I didn't get any sleep last night. Bad fibro night. I'm sure I'll crash sometime today. Even so, I'm feeling positive. I have some things I need to get done so I'd better get at it.

I cant imagine having that kind of pain and not being able to sleep. Does diet effect fibro? I don't know much about it only that it is painful. My thoughts and prayers are with you, I hope you are able to get some rest today. :)
