I got very sick in January. experienced extreme fatigue issues, a viral infection, lost hearing in my left ear, suffered tinnitus, and vertigo. no excuses, depression and seclusion and the steroids the doctors put me on made me gain everything I lost back. but it is ok. I like challenge. I am giving myself 90 days to at least get back to where I was with my weight. I know I can do it. I also gave up soda for good. I have not had a drop for over a month now.
