As long as you are careful, let loose a little. That is what birthdays are for...right?? 

Its ok to enjoy your birthday, just eat a little bit of everything!(well not everything) but you can enjoy your special day!! You deserve it after working so hard on this diet!!after the birthday party's get back on track!until then-ENJOY!!!Happy Birthday graciepoo! 

Well,(a deep subject lol), My birthday was the 3rd. My 76th. I should be celebrating (anyway, who celebrates becoming 76? lol)but since I had gotten off to such a good start I took a rain check for dinner at a new local Chinese restaurant that had opened recently. I will probably not eat 'legal' when I go there but I don't intend to pig out on the naughty either. Perhaps a little sweet sour, after all, it's Chinese and maybe a fortune cookie or two. Have you ever seen a birthday candle in a fortune cookie? Neither have I. Well, by golly, there are still a few firsts out there for me. But as you say, it's your birthday. Just as long as we don't celebrate everyone's birthday and my goodness, all the holidays. That's where the trouble began in the first place. Hope I haven't take up too much of your time and if I have you probably have already left.  

Hey you only live once and you have to enjoy your birthday!!!!! and your doing awesome anyways so a weekend of fun fun fun wont hurt you just get back to it on mon 

I think one should be allowed to enjoy your birthday as you wish :) Happy birthday!
