I am an emotional eater too. It's sooo hard to control those urges when you want to just eat something. A couple things which have helped me is to write in the FS journal ESPECIALLY when I have the urge to eat when I'm not supposed to, and to make some hot tea. I have found that once I drink the cup of tea, my appetite is gone. Good luck!
