Anyone else gets 3-day-long truck driver eating episodes? I hope to break the vicious cycle today. Wish me luck. At least I've been sticking to my workout program. But seriously, these past three days were like EAT ALL THE CARBS YOU AVOIDED FOR THE PAST TEN DAYS. *sobs in the corner*

dont worry. its actually beneficial for the women to have occassionally refeeds that last 3 days. it has a lot to do with your silly estrogen. you did nothing wrong. continue with your diet now. everything is going to be fine.
