Day 1 of the ATW Challenge. I'm very excited to get started - I think the exercise to move Babu is a great idea and because I'm competitive it's a great way to push me to get my daily exercise in!

I wasn't able to weigh properly this morning (after going to the bathroom/before eating) but I weighed and was up a pound. I'm *sure* this isn't right since yesterday I was basically the same weight. So I'm taking my last weigh in (125.6) and starting the challenge at that weight.

I've committed myself to also keeping track of my WW points more regularly since that worked over a year ago and got the weight off fairly fast! I like WW because it also factors in fiber and fat and is different than just counting calories.

Evelyn - how do you do that break in your journal before your food??

Good to hear you're excited to get moving - we've got a great team and this is a fantastic challenge, so I'm sure we're all going to make record-breaking progress over the next six weeks, all ready for the start of summer!! ooohh, have fun on the challenge! I didn't sign up this time but you're making me wish I had a little! :) I don't know if you want to do this but I heard the food diary counts WW points now.
