I've decided to only weigh in once a week. It takes so much pressure off and I avoid the frustration if the scale doesn't move on those stubborn days :) I feel like I've lost weight since my last weigh in, my pants are getting big on me.
Funny story...went shopping with my mom today and I wandered off to a different isle. When she caught up with me she said " Monika, I can't find you now since you lost so much weight. I'm always looking for someone much bigger!" LOL it was a great feeling

That is great. Daily or weekly weigh-ins is really a personal choice. However, at the very least you should continue to log what you eat on a daily basis. I find that the calorie indicator on this site really has made me aware of what I should and should not eat. You have made great progress...good luck the rest of the way!

Thank you! I religiously use my food diary, it definitely helps me be aware of what I eat and how my percentages are.
