The diet really does work when done correctly. I think we've all had those mishaps where the little devil in us shows up to wreck the day but you'll do fine. You've realized what needs to be done and you are doing something about it, so good luck to ya!! 

You will drop those 14 in no time! Good for you for not letting it get more out of hand. Good luck. 

Yes, Santa only comes once a year . . . but watch out for the lil' devil who can show up at any time! You CAN get him under control, however! We're rooting for you!

Well, at least your sense of humor is still center stage! :) With any luck, that devil on your shoulder is one of Santa's elves and you won't have to be influenced by him for another 9 months or so! So, uncross those fingers and appendages and give a shout out! You're about to hit pay dirt! LOL
