Bad day emotionally. My parents are going to drive me nuts with their drama. Doing liquids only, for two days, because I'm bloated as heck and I've been eating sugar like crazy so need to wash the taste out of my mouth lol

Be very careful with a liquid diet. Anyway, when you need to get away from the drama...step outside, close your eyes and hear the birds...that always helps me. It will help to recenter you..

I can do it for two days but no more than that. I'm not trying to move the scale down, just flushing my body :) I definitely need recentering and a little emotional support.
