Journal de Nash, 06 avr. 08

I had a good week. Low carb, but high in fat. I'm having problems giving up my cheese and cream for my coffe. I need to figure something out. Today is Sunday, I always give myself a little more freedom on Sundays. My goal for this week is to loose 2 pounds!!

Wow, I would say you had a GREAT week with a 6 lb weight loss. Great job! BTW, I haven't given up my sugar free flavored creamer in my coffee or my cheese (great protein) and don't plan to. :-) Keep up the good work!

Do you have to use half & half or can you tolerate other things? South beach recommends only 2 caffeinated drinks a day and if you use a little tiny bit of low fat, I think it wouldn't hurt you as much. Just an idea. Also, I love the splenda coffee flavors, mmm, the mocha and hazelnut are good. I cut down to my two drinks per day and then I ended up not enjoying my coffee as much without all the goodies in it and have since but given up coffee, EXCEPT when I'm out and about, then I drink my Grande Americano with sugar free flavoring and it's cheap and guiltless! Hang in there and Im sure it will work out for ya. Also, low fat cheese isnt bad for you unless you're eating too much. Anywa...it will work out.....you're doing great!
