Ohhhhhh, lots of hard work yesterday packing things and clearing out the garage. We are going to get the keys to our new house on 3rd July and move on the 5th, so we have to crack on and get packing really!

I need to pace myself because my back was really painful last night and this morning. Not much for it though, just have to keep taking the tablets and going forward. There'll be time to rest when we're in the new place!

Lost 1lb this week - so close to my first 10% dropped. Just one more pound and then I can move on to OWL. I am a little concerned about how things will be around the date of our move. We have a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave already, but we have to buy a cooker as there isn't one at the property. (We have a built in one here.) I'll have to be really organised about eating and having enough things made and ready to eat, otherwise I'll be resorting to takeout, which is never good :(

go to the supermarket and see if they do rotisserie chickens - add some cheese slices and a couple of tomatoes - job done. good luck with the move! :-)
