I've lost a couple of pounds this week. Mostly because I'm stretching every meal as much as I can to feed the 5 of us and also because I'm so stressed out I'm just not hungry. I basically only eat when I start to feel light headed or my stomach starts growling. I'm still doing zumba classes twice a week.
