I went over my calorie limit yesterday but I still ate pretty healthy. My drinks is what put me over. Today is only water except my morning coffee and after zumba chocolate milk. I'm beginning to keep up better at zumba so I know I'm getting stronger. I'm pretty sure the weight will start dropping soon. I plan to start running when the weather gets warmer.
