Make sure you are getting enough healthy protein, fats and starch. If your diet is very restrictive/ inadequate and your aren't getting enough nutrients everyday, it may lead to a sugar binge because your body wants the immediate energy. Look back over your food diary and see if you are feeding yourself correctly. It may help. (Hope your sugar high is not too bad though.)

Thanks for the advise @MissCornwall. I am not to concerned I usually don’t get sweet cravings and it wasn’t as much a craving as abit of comfort eating 🙈 I’m a teacher and sometimes the kids can be abit of a handful that you want alittle but of comfort food. But I will definitely keep your thoughts in mind.

I have an exam tomorrow and have a problem with stress eating. I just devoured lemon creams 😂

Zoo Biscuits = bad. Rocomamas even worse... <Maybe small cravings are better. try some popcorn, or small Biscuit>
