I know it's tough, but don't worry about it too much. You're still better off than when you started. I've found that changing your eating lifestyle takes some time, & we all have ups and downs. The important thing is to maintain a positive attitude and keep focusing on a healthy you. You can do this. So dust off and press on. You will get there!

Hey I gained 10 lbs when I had TOM and I managed to lose it all plus one. Be patient!

Gimme a J! Gimme a W! ;) Don't fret dahlin! It's just a blip. Happens to me all the time. I weighed myself last night and was up 5, and today I'm down 1 (6 from last night). I'm getting used to the fluctuations. The important thing is that you don't let them own you. It's probably all water retention anyway...

Im not sure how you're choosing to follow your plan, but I do know that for many people I have seen (regardless the plan their following)and in my case also, using the food journal is a great tool! I have seen it make a difference in many situations. Hang in there!
