Cassie came to the computer lab today to let me know I was number one of the biggest losers this week! YIPPPPEEEEEEEE!!! LOL Thank goodness for my cleanse.
I hope I lose more weight by next weigh-in. I went to legion's bootcamp Tuesday, and I got very frustrated because I could no longer do sit-ups. In my mind, I had to fight that terrible thought that I'm starting over, that I'm ridiculously out of shape again... That voice again.
Angel is supposed to start her bootcamp next week, and I can't wait. She never seems as hard as Legion, but I've gotten more results from going to her than Legion Fitness. Of course, she'll get in your face if she sees you giving up on yourself like I often do at Legion.
