If you are entering all your food in your diary, I would venture a guess that you are too low on fat and calories. Women should get 1500-1800 calories minimum...I eat between 90-120 gr fat daily. I think fat should be around 65-75%. Hope that helps :)

Mandipants, first welcome to Fat Secret and Atkins. It is a terrific way of eating, and is a complete life style change. I looked at your food journal and a couple of things caught my eye. First, as msamy said, you are not eating enough calories. Your caloric intake should at least 1400 calories and should be made up of 65-70% fat, 20-25% protein, and 5-10% carbs. Don't use any light or low fat foods. The light cream is not Atkins friendly. You should use ultra pasteurized, heavy whipping cream Great Values, Kroger, and Horizons organic brands all have 0 grams of carbs. I am sure there are other brands, just be sure to check the labels. The other thing that jumped out is the peanuts. Peanuts are not really an induction level food, even though you are staying below your total carb level, they prevent you from eating enough veggies, as you use so many of your alloted carbs on them. Try macadamia nuts instead. More bang for your carb! You need to eat at least 2 cups of green leafy veggies and another cup of other veggies every day. This way of eating is different for everyone and will take some experimentation, but these are a few things that are pretty universal. And the Atkins bars, tend to stall a lot of people, so if you decide to try them do so sparingly. They have sugar alcohols that, while they don't count against your net carbs, can be confused by the pancreas in some people as regular sugar and cause an insulin over production, which causes the body to quit burning stored fat.
