Looking at your diet calendar you are eating way to few calories for your weight. Your body is probably in starvation mode and holding on to the fat. You should bring your calorie intake up to where it should be and you will must likely see results. Good Luck

Most people say at least 1200 calories. Really the answer depends on the individual and your weight. Make sure you enter everything you eat and measure things if you aren't sure of the portion size. Portions make a huge difference. You can calculate your RDI (recommended daily intake) on fatsecret or many other sites. The answer will be different depending which calculator you use. Then it's just trial and error to figure out what's best for you :).

To find your recommended calorie intake, go to your MyFatSecret page. In the Toolbox on the right hand side, choose My Diet. In the list is the option to change or calculate your RDI.

Yeah, I know it is telling me to eat like 2500. That is too many I will never lose weight eating that much! So I have been eating about 1500 sometimes more or less. It is just my base line you know. IDK.

So from what I was told by my Doctor...your weight times 11-14, (lower for a slow metabolism and higher for a fast metabolism) is what you need to maintain your current weight. If you want to lose weight you should reduce that amount by around 500 to stay in the healthy range. So the 2500 calories would be in the recommended "healthy" range to lose weight. As long as you burn around 3000 or more calories a day, you will lose weight...you just need to put in the work. You can lose weight any way you chose...but if you drastically cut calories, (besides not being healthy) you most likely will put the weight back on once you start eating normal again or you can continue to drastically reduce your calories and end up with serious health problems. One way you can increase your calories is to add more protein to your diet. You can also eat more fruit...snacks...etc. It all ads up really quick and it looks like you have no problem burning over 3000 calories so you should be fine with the recommended range or as close as you can get to it. Whatever you decide to do...Good Luck!

Here's a calorie calculator that may be more helpful. It will give you suggested numbers for fast or slow loss and maintenance. It may be more helpful. http://www.freedieting.com/tools
