Okay, well today was leftover day uh! I had a bunch of leftovers in the fridge that needed to be eaten so I got to it! My husband wasn't to happy but we go through this once a week. I am falling off track. :( I just need some motivation I can't seem to get off the couch to exercise. I want to loose this weight but it seems useless right now. The doctor changed my medications and for some reason I feel depressed! :( I don't want to do anything! I need to call her back and change things up a bit I don't want to feel like this, I need to get back on track!

Don't get discouraged, even little changes will give you results. Talk with your doctor, because sometimes finding the right medication is a challenge. My Dr. once prescribed a Fribro medication that had me sleeping sitting up for a week. I had acid reflux so bad, that if I laid down I felt like I was having a heart attack. For me the solution was no medication, but that doesn't work for everyone. Make reasonable goals for yourself, remember you're are changing your lifestyle it won't happen overnight.

Well I have no choice but to take the medication for my heart. As for as Fribro medicine I try to stay away from. I have a bunch of problems that require medication to function.
