So this is going to be a challenging weekend! Tonight I am going to "Family Movie Night" at church then I will be staying the night at a friends house. I will get up early and go babysit for another friend of mine for the day! So I will not be at home and able to make choices I would make normally! I don't know what is in their refrigerators hopefully I will have some good choices! Wish me luck!

I feel your pain....I've got Homecoming at a little country church on Sunday...and believe you me, those ladies can COOK!!! And the desserts....drool. I'm going to work towards low carb choices - keep an eye on my food journal Sunday afternoon to see how well I did. LOL. Good luck!

ok will do I will try (it will only let you add so many people in a certain amount of time)to add you as a buddy to make sure you are being true to yourself! Check up on me as well!!!!
