Ok so I went away last week and had to wear a bathing suit. Although it fit ( of course it did, they stretch lol), I look like the Michelin Woman! UGH!!!! I know I've gained and been horrible. I've been not only eating horrible ( just out of boredom and frustration), I've been a SLUG! I feel like crap as well. This is not who I am or who I want to be. I need to be fit and healthy for not only me but for my kids. So I'm back on track. I started on the Detox phase yesterday and so far I'm on track. I'm working this weekend so exercising is a problem, because I work 12 hours night shifts, so as of Monday or Tuesday depending on how well I sleep Monday, I will start some sort of program, even if it's just the wii/ wii fit with my little guy! Wish me luck! Hope all of you are doing good or at least better than I've been!!
